Orders, Delivery & Returns
How much is delivery? £9.95.

When will I receive my order? We aim to send your order the day after your order has been placed. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow 2-4 working days after you have received this for your order to be delivered.
How can I track my order? All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details which you can track via https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Do you offer express delivery? No, presently we are only able to offer standard delivery.

Do you deliver internationally? No, we currently only deliver within the UK.

Can I collect my order from your store? Yes, please select ‘store pickup’ option at checkout. Please call or email us and provide us with a time and date you will be collecting from our shop (nearest tube is Sloane Square or South Kensington).

What if I’m not at home when my order arrives? Royal Mail will notify you via the email and phone number you provide at checkout when your order is due to arrive. If you will not be home, you can schedule a redelivery or choose a safe place through Royal Mail.
How will my order be packaged? All products will come safely packaged using upcycled bubble wrap (if necessary) and brown paper.
Can I cancel my order? Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to return it.

Can I amend my order? Orders can be amended before they have been dispatched. Please call or email us if you would like to amend your order.

Can I order over the phone? For ‘store pickup’ orders only you can pay and reserve items over the phone. Please call us on 020 7225 0733.
Can I return my order? If you would like to return your order, please submit a returns request to us via email. In your email, detail what you will be returning and why. If you are returning due to a faulty product, please include a photo of the damaged product in your email. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy here.

How do I submit a returns request? You must email us at info@finnsofchelsea.co.uk with ‘Order Return’ as the subject. In the email, please include your order number and the reason for returning the item(s). If the item(s) you received are faulty, please include images of the faulty product in your returns request. Do you offer exchanges? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Do you offer free returns? You can return your order to us in-store for free, however please note the refund process will not be done in-store. We will process your refund online and funds will take up to 10 days to arrive. If you would like to post your return, you will need to pay for tracked postage and return it to us at 4 Elystan Street, SW3 3NS, London. Please email us the tracking number and shipping provider you have sent it with as soon as you have posted your return. We cannot accept returns without tracked postage, and unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for your order once it has been returned by you.

What is the returns period? You have 14 days from the date you have received the order to submit your returns request. Once we have approved your return, we must receive your tracking number and shipping provider via email within 3 days.
When should I expect my refund? Once we have received, approved and processed your return, you should expect your refund within 10 days. Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that the original delivery cost will be deducted from the total refund.
